Maximiliano Ingerflom
Maximiliano is a civil engineer who graduated with honors from Florida International University. With over 15 years of experience in real estate. The former owner of a management firm in Argentina with more than 500 residential units under management, Maximiliano has been involved in real estate operations that include sales, land acquisition, financing, and ground-up construction. He is currently developing projects in South Florida and Argentina.
Jack Minski
Jack is a managing partner of Futura Capital, a family-owned investment company that focuses its real estate strategy on the acquisition, long term ownership, and development of commercial properties. Jack has15 years of experience and a BBA in International Business from Florida International University and a professional certificate in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT.
Leon Roy Hausmann
Leon is a civil engineer, with over 20 years of experience in South Florida real estate. He currently oversees over $75 million in family-owned real estate assets in Florida and manages office centers in Central and South Florida. He has been involved in real estate development since 2018 and is currently developing over 100 residential units and a 55-office center in Hallandale, Florida.
Gabriel Benhayon
Gabriel is the owner of Emuna Construction and has over 15 years of experience in construction, specializing in ultra luxury homes, residential townhomes, and shopping centers. Gabriel meticulously oversees each project, ensuring the highest sophistication and quality. His track record of managing a multitude of successful project has garnered widespread respect within the industry.
Miguel Bubis
Miguel is a highly skilled general contractor with over 20 years of industry experience. He has worked on a wide range of projects, including commercial buildings, residential homes, and industrial facilities. He has a Master’s degree in Engineering and Construction Management from Duke University and the necessary, extensive skills to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
